They dunk their bread in the "Café au lait", eat snails, delight in eating cheese that they alone appreciate. They are indisciplined, seducers. Food lovers and a tad chauvinistic, they invented the paid holiday, "the French Cancan" and the microchip card and even if languages are not their forté, they are nevertheless attentive hosts, ready to go to any length to ensure their visitors enjoy themselves.
